Beach Heads 03:29
Will I see in moonlight? Leave me in the city for now Be there soon With hindsight Pulsing through my veins The sound of sinking shoes in blackened goo (is) melting far away The sound of sinking shoes, the magnitude is building… All the other ways that I could spend my days without you, without you Sipping lemonade in double soldier bay without you, without you Will I see in daylight Left me in this city for dead See her soon With hindsight Coursing through my blood The sound of sticky clues in guilty rooms that crumble far away The sound of sticky clues, the magnitude is stunning… I’m leaving on this mission, a sight to see, a sight to see x 4

How should I waste my time? I’m waiting to figure it out Watching the walls divide, Creating a shadow of doubt Now that you’re leaving, 12 in the evening, hollering over and out Desolate feeling, fixed on the ceiling, braving the pathway without This light inside is winning the war There’s life outside so go and explore How should I waste my time? I’m racing to follow the signs Why won’t you keep in mind That dreaming will open your eyes I know you’re leaving, 12 in the evening, hollering over and out Desolate feeling, fixed on the ceiling, braving the pathway without This light inside is winning the war There’s life outside so go and explore x 2

Heartshake 03:52
Being alive is the feeling you chase in the night. You’re going back, into the black Seeing you hide every side I despise in the light. It’s bringing me back, it’s bringing me back Now I know there is something changing The overflow is too intoxicating The undertow is pulling you beneath the heavy tide All your life *chorus* Saying goodbye every time that you’re forced to deny. Then you retract into a trap Living a lie, you require a high to survive, then you attack, then you attack Now I know there is something changing The overflow is too intoxicating The undertow is pulling you beneath the heavy tide All your life *chorus*

I crawl to you through the cracks beneath my windowsill I thought of you nights were rolling over In lightning heat, I’ll make you see that you weren’t just a figure that I’ve known from another show… All of these thoughts are racing through my head, I don’t know where to start That picture of you is all I’ve seen or had - the greatest show on earth I run to you Through the streets that lead me to Brazil They’re calling you another holy roller but I can see beyond the scene a never ending velvet undertone More than a cameo… All of these thoughts are racing through my head, I don’t know where to start That picture of you is all I’ve seen or had - the greatest show on earth Lead me on and call me over we’ve fallen through lead me on just call it over we’ve fallen through think I need a little restraint at this time as you hang a million miles from the stage

about

Ocean Flaws London, UK

Think clean-shaven Tame Impala in a sweet shop.

As a guitar band from Essex, we struggled to find local and successful music to look up to.

Even Plan B (who was expelled and martyred by our secondary school) couldn’t speak to us in the same way that artists from up north and across the oceans could.

So, out of this artistically stagnant swamp, arose the fresh sugary sound of Ocean Flaws.
